ITALY. Prato, 24th June 2014. Inside Confindustria (Italian Industrialists Association) headquarters. Two of the students participating in the project A.S.C.I. of the University of Florence. One of the tasks of the project is to prepare expert advices to legalize every part of an industrial business and to propose them to Chinese entrepreneurs. The working teams are usually composed by an Italian student and a Chinese one. The project runs together to the monitoring, by Tuscany region, of Chinese led garment industries, decided after a fire destroyed a factory at the end of 2013. The fire, occurred during the night, killed seven workers illegally hosted inside the manufacture.

Serving dishes of the traditional northern Chinese cookery, the restaurant, extensively frequented by both Chinese and Italians, has become one of the meeting point for the two communities in a city where the most of the activities run by Chinese people are not popular among Italians.
